Our brief was to bring life and inspiration to an empty office space. We achieved this through a carefully curated scheme of neutral furniture, materials and finishes, complemented by bold accents to enhance market appeal and help potential tenants envision themselves in the space.
Furniture choices were kept simple and predominantly neutral, with colour introduced through dressing items, allowing flexibility for incoming tenants to layer in their own branding.
Working within a modest budget, we focused investment where it would have the greatest impact. A considered mix of furniture and finishes creates a cohesive, high-quality workplace, demonstrating how thoughtful design can deliver more with less.
