Bowling Green Lane is a Cat A+ office refurbishment project in Clerkenwell, London.
The brief for this project was to enhance the entrance and communal areas of an historic Clerkenwell warehouse to create an inviting and cohesive space. We were also appointed to furnish the upper-floor offices which had recently been renovated to offer a plug-and-play solution for future tenants.
The entrance area was revitalised with details that respected the building’s warehouse origins, creating an authentic and welcoming first impression. To ensure cohesion throughout the communal areas, we used a consistent palette of textures and colours, enhancing the flow and reinforcing the building’s character.
Similar Ideas provided a one stop shop for furnishing the offices, from design through to handover and installation, simplifying the delivery process for our client and providing a single point of contact and responsibility for the entire process.
We carefully curated and procured a mix of stylish and functional furniture, balancing comfort with flexibility to enhance the recently completed Cat A refurbishment. This allowed the offices to be move-in ready while maintaining adaptability for future tenants.
There result is a thoughtfully refurbished space that seamlessly blends heritage with modern functionality.
