Our Role: Furniture procurement and dressing

  • Our client had recently completed a high-end roof extension and refurbishment of an office building nestled in a quiet mews in Camden. Despite the exceptional quality of the interiors, the space was proving difficult to let.

This challenge was attributed to several factors. Firstly numerous level changes within the layout made it challenging for potential tenants to envision furniture arrangements, and secondly a general market preference for fully furnished, plug-and-play spaces.

We were commissioned to procure furniture and dress the space to help tenants visualise its potential. Using the materials and finish choices of the existing fit-out as a starting point, we developed a complementary colour palette that harmonised with the striking red columns and cleverly utilised the level changes to create distinct zones for work, collaboration, and relaxation.

The result is a thoughtfully designed space that not only showcases versatility, but also aligns with current workspace trends, making it more appealing to today’s tenants.
