Working in close collaboration with our clients team, the letting specialists and the contractor, Similar Ideas were tasked with developing an overall design concept for 3 offices.
Our involvement from the very initial inception of this project, allowed us to create a more cohesive and better overall impression, helping our client to use their budget to greatest effect. Similar Ideas were able to specify, procure and install all the new furniture and fittings, ensuring that once completed and occupied, these open plan offices will feel welcoming, well considered and modern.
The three office layouts we proposed were designed to provide a range of working environments, maximising flexibility for future tenants. The spaces include: a phone booth, a meeting booth, breakout spaces and/ or eating areas close to the kitchen. New office desks, soft seating in reimagined collaborative spaces and a series of meeting rooms completed the transformation.
Consideration was also given to improving the acoustics of the existing spaces. The addition of acoustic artwork, acoustic ceiling grids and baffles along with rugs, carpets and other soft furnishings, significantly improved use of the spaces for future tenants.
