1 Kingsway is a speculative office fit-out designed to stand out in a competitive lettings market. Similar Ideas worked collaboratively with the wider project team to shape the look, feel and functionality of the space. Curating furniture, finishes and layouts that elevate the building’s prestige while remaining adaptable to future tenants.
Inspired by boutique hotels and hospitality-led interiors, the design blends professional quality with homely comfort. A welcoming reception, light-filled work areas and flexible breakout spaces create an environment that supports hybrid working, wellbeing and acoustic comfort. Throughout the project, sustainability and longevity were prioritised through carefully considered product selection, ensuring the space feels contemporary, calm and ready to be personalised. A workplace people can immediately imagine themselves thriving in.
